Mummy’s Breastfeeding Bread Recipe
Ingredients:

One and a half cups of water (room temperature)

1 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil

1 tsp salt

Three cups granary bread flour

1 tsp white sugar
-
2 tsp dried yeast mix
-
4 tbsp Mummy’s Breastfeeding seeds

2 tbsp pine nuts
Makes 500g loaf
Step 1:
Preheat your oven at 230 C / 450 F/gas mark 8.
Step 2:
Grease a loaf tin with butter.
Step 3:
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the water
and oil then knead until the dough is smooth. It should be quite sticky and wet.
Step 4:
Add to your greased tin, cover with a plastic bag then leave in a warm place for two hours or until doubled in size.
Step 5:
Bake at 230 C / 450 F/gas mark 8 for 15 mins then turn down and cook for a further 20 mins at 200 C / 400 F/gas mark 6.
Step 6:
When cooked, turn onto a wire rack until cool.
